I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition of New York.  Before becoming a health coach, I graduated from  University of Rome “La Sapienza” with a BS and MSc in Business Administration and worked in Corporate Finance for 8 years. ​


I was  born and raised in a small village in Italy and now live in New York City. I have an immeasurable passion for good food, delicious sugar-free desserts and helping busy women on their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

As a working mom of a two little kids, I experience the everyday struggle to find time and energy to keep my life balanced. Yet, I always find my way to healthy living, and I can’t wait to support you on your journey to a healthier life!


Looking back at myself a few years ago, I was exhausted, stressed, overworked and unhealthy, struggling to take control over my life and find a balance between the seemingly infinite number of demands on my plate. I was working 60-hour weeks for a major multinational financial consultancy company and, although I was doing well professionally, I wasn’t taking care of myself. I knew that my body and health were suffering as a result. I wasn’t sleeping enough, getting enough exercise and didn’t even feel like I had time to go to the grocery store, let alone cook healthy meals for myself. Sometimes I'd skip meals all together.

Then I decided that I needed a change.

At first, I thought that taking care of my health would require too much time and energy that I didn’t think I had. Once I got started, though, I discovered it was much easier than I thought. It was just a matter of prioritizing and being organized. I implemented routines that saved me time and made me more productive and energetic.


I also made my health a priority in my life in the day-to-day decisions I took. Aiming for perfection and my all-or-nothing mindset held me back for such a long time. I had to change my attitude and my way of thinking to start my transformation. Consistency rather than perfection!
