I am an international health and mindset coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition of New York, and for years, I've been supporting high-achieving busy women in their journey towards a more balanced, healthy and fulfilling life.  

I have a BS and MSc in Business Economics and, before moving into coaching, I worked in consulting and corporate finance for top-tier multinational companies for over 8 years. I know the hustle, the grind and the struggle us women experience while building our career and maintaining balance in our personal life.

Looking back at myself a few years ago, I was exhausted, stressed, overworked and unhealthy, struggling to take control over my life and find a balance between the seemingly infinite number of demands on my plate. I was working 60-hour weeks for a major multinational financial consultancy company and, although I was doing well professionally, I wasn’t taking good care of myself. My body and health were suffering as a result. I wasn’t sleeping enough, getting enough exercise (or any at all) and didn’t even feel like I had time to go to the grocery store, let alone cook healthy meals for myself. 


Through my own transformation journey - and thorough the lens of my clients' experiences - I discovered it’s possible to create energy, space and time for myself even when I’m extremely busy. 


As an entrepreneur and a busy mom of a two little kids, I, too, experience the everyday challenge to find time and energy to keep my life balanced. However, by working on optimal nutrition to support my performance, by setting up habits and routines to simplify my days and live a healthy life on autopilot, I have the tools to stay on balance even when all around me is chaos and I'm looking forward to sharing them with you.
